Filling the Starch Pan
- Place strainer into the starch pan
- Pour starch into the strainer
- Salt to taste. For reference, the starch pan is 1.5 liters, we recommend 1Tbsp of salt.
Place starch pan into the bottom-left cooking zone, with the ‘Front’ label facing out.
NOTE: When it is time for the starch to cook the algorithm will prompt boiling water to dose into the starch pan to perform the cook. After the cook, there may be a little water left in the pan under the strainer still. Please let us know if the starch water does not drain below the strainer once the cook is complete, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
