Suvie Smart Meals Are found through the following link: meal planning app (app.suvie.com). Those who purchased a Suvie will receive an invitation to purchase Smart Meals soon before the robot ships.
- Upon entering your credentials or following a link emailed by our team, you will be prompted to: Select a meal plan (which can be changed later under “Account Settings.”)
- Indicate Sizing, Portions Per-Meal: Couple (2 servings per meal) or Family (4 servings per meal)
- Indicate the Amount Wanted in Select Plan, indicating frequency in the case of our Flexible Plan
- Input shipping and billing information, Confirm your plan details:
- View our offerings of meals and make selections. Meals will be preselected, to change select "GO TO PLANNER" and "Change Meals"
On the meal planner you can:
- Learn more about meals, by clicking “Details” on the bottom right of each option. The details will include a description of the flavors, ingredients, dietary info, and common allergens if present, (you can also use filter feature, upper left for this).
- Filter, for items that fit your dietary needs and preferences.
- Make selections, through the box on the right “Selected Meals.” There will be a plus sign (+) in the top right-hand corner of each option. Once you see an option you like, simply click the plus sign (+) to add a meal to the week's selections. Once you save and refresh your meals will be saved, and you can change your meals under the "Change Meal" tab to the right.
- Change meal shipment dates, by navigating the shipments in the upper left-hand corner of the meal planning page and selecting "Change Delivery Date". Selecting will bring you to "My Deliveries" where you can skip shipments, view, and change selections.
Meal selections must be made by 10AM the Wednesday prior to the shipment to be reflected. If you have further questions we are happy to answer them at firstname.lastname@example.org!
