Smart Meals ship weekly on Tuesday, with an estimated delivery on Thursday. Please be aware that meal selection will need to be completed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST the week prior to shipment (6 days in advanced), otherwise the pre-selected options will be locked in and cannot be changed.
