If instructed to adjust your cool settings by our support team, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Main Menu by either clicking or rotating the knob from the standby screen.
- Select "Settings"
- Select "System"
- Scroll down to "Cool Level" and click until the display says 5 (default is 3)
