Suvie Will Continue Normal Operations
All our plans — Weekly, Flexible, and Protein Meal Boxes — will continue to ship as usual. Working with the most reliable food partners, all meal boxes will be sent via FedEx in sealed refrigerated and frozen packages protecting them in transit.
Your Safety is Our Top Priority
All of our food is produced in the United States under strict manufacturing and safety standards, and our operations team has been in constant contact with our meal suppliers and fulfillment centers. In addition to our own strict safety standards, we only work with providers who are consistently inspected by local, state, and federal health officials including the FDA, USDA, and relevant authorities. Know that our food partners provide to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and nationwide grocery store chains. All of our partner fulfillment centers are 3rd party audited for an even stricter standard of food safety and care than the USDA, FDA, and state regulations require.
Because we work with highly reputable and stable food suppliers, we are confident in our ability to keep a steady supply of Suvie meals shipping to our customers. With the existing safety precautions, we have also worked with all of our food partners to increase their safety measures during this time as regards sanitation, monitoring of employees, and even stricter food handling procedures.
Need to Change Your Plan, Delivery Address, or Meal Selection?
You can easily change your plan, order frequency, delivery address, or current meal selection anytime by logging into your account on our meal planner website. You can make changes to your current order until 10AM EST the Wednesday prior to shipment.
How to Change Your Plan:
- Login to the meal planner at app.suvie.com
- Navigate to Account Settings in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Scroll down to Meal Plan, click edit
- Choose your desired plan and click the Update button near the top of the window.
How to Update your Delivery Address:
- Login to the meal planner at app.suvie.com
- Navigate to Account Settings in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Scroll down to Delivery Address, click edit
- Modify your delivery address and click the Update button near the top of the window.
