You have the option to Purchase with Points: Currently, we do not offer a trade-in program for the Suvie 3.0 Plus. Instead, as a current customer, you can use your Suvie Rewards Points to get big discounts or even a free appliance. Visit the rewards page in your Suvie Planner account to see your point balance and explore purchase with points options for Suvie 3.0 Plus!
Gift Your Suvie to a Friend, Get Rewarded: If you get a new Suvie 3.0 Plus through our Purchase With Points program, we also offer the option to gift your Suvie to a friend instead of returning it. Once your friend receives their first meal order, you will receive a big meal coupon as a reward! It's a win-win! You get free meals, they get a free Suvie. Learn more about this program here.
Returning Your Current Appliance: If you decide not to gift your current Suvie to a friend, and instead prefer to return your existing Suvie 3.0 or Suvie 2.0 to us, we’re here to assist you. Please email us at help@suvie.com to start this process.
