Check Signal Strength
Use your phone to check the signal strength where you're setting up your Suvie Appliance - if the signal strength is low, it may be difficult for your Suvie to connect. Try placing it closer to your wifi router if possible.
5GZ vs. 2.5GHz networks
If you have a 5GHz network, you may need to try connecting via the 2.5GHz option. Most 5GHz networks include a 2.5GHz band, since many devices run on 2.5GHz, but if not you may have the option to create a second network option at 2.5. Contact your provider if you need help with this.
Try Connecting on a HotSpot
Connecting Via a mobile HotSpot will allow your appliance to update it's firmware, which may help resolve the issue. Ensure Wifi is turned off on your mobile phone, as in some cases the phone will aact as a WiFi extended to reduce data usage. If your phone has a "Maximize Compatibility" feature, please ensure this is turned on.
Check for Special Characters in your Wifi Network Name
On some occasions, special characters in your Wifi Network name can cause difficulty connecting. If all else fails, you may want to try renaming your network temporarily to get Suvie to connect.
