Free Meals Are Discounts
The free meals included with your Suvie purchase aren’t physical meals; they are discounts added to your account. You can apply these discounts to your meal orders to redeem the value of the free meals.
The discounts are typically distributed as credits and coupons:
- Credits: Usually cover the value of approximately 10 meals. Credits can be combined with coupons.
- Coupons: Often cover 2 or 3 meals and cannot be combined with other coupons.
Redeeming Discounts
When selecting meals for your first meal delivery date, apply the credits and coupons to your order. This will reduce the cost of your meal box based on the value of the discounts.
Each meal kit serves either 2 or 4 people, depending on your meal plan:
- A 2-serving meal kit counts as 2 meals.
- A 4-serving meal kit counts as 4 meals.
For example, if your meal box contains 6 meals for 2 people, this counts as 12 meals, not 6.
Steps to Use Your Meal Credits and Coupons Below are the steps on how to use your available meal credits and coupons:
- On your meal planner, select the meal delivery date where you want to apply the available coupons and credits.
- Click on the meal box icon.
- On your meal box, click on "available coupons and credits" then hit apply on the coupons and credits that you want to use.
- Click on "order summary" to check the remaining total if there are any.
