Lifetime Limited Warranty with active meal subscription (included)
- In addition to the 1 year limited warranty offered to all customers, Suvie includes a lifetime limited warranty with active subscription.
- A Suvie Meal Subscription is considered to be active if a customer's account is not cancelled, the customer has a valid payment method on file, the customer has placed three or more Suvie Meal orders in the past six (6) consecutive months, and those orders have been delivered and not refunded or cancelled.
1 Year Limited Warranty (Included)
- Suvie includes a 1 year limited warranty where coverage begins from the date of purchase.
- This limited warranty covers the Suvie Kitchen Robot and Suvie Starch Cooker and does not cover pans or accessories.
- Defects caused by regular wear & tear, misuse, improper care and maintenance are not covered.
- When a warranty claim is initiated, Suvie may either repair your existing unit or replace it with a refurbished unit, at Suvie's discretion.
- Shipping charges may be applied, at Suvie's discretion.
- Suvie's 1 year limited warranty only applies to the original customer who purchased the unit through Suvie directly.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at help@suvie.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist. To help expedite this process, please have the following information ready:
- Email or order number of the original purchase
- Details regarding the issue you are experiencing
- Photos or videos that will help our engineering team evaluate the issue and determine next steps

How quickly will my Suvie be repaired or replaced?
Our engineering team strives to work as quickly as possible to resolve any issues you are experiencing with your Suvie. On average, your unit will be either repaired or replaced within two weeks. Of course, each situation is unique so this timeline may vary case to case. Our customer support team will always keep you updated on the status of your claim
Are accessories, such as: pans, egg trays, water reservoir covered under the limited warranty?
No, our limited warranty only covers the Suvie Kitchen Robot and Suvie Starch Cooker. If you are experiencing any issues with your accessories, please email our customer support team for assistance at help@suvie.com.
I no longer have my original packaging, will you provide shipping materials?
Yes, Suvie will send you return packaging materials if necessary. Please be aware that there may be a cost associated with these materials, subject to Suvie's discretion.
How do I qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty?
To qualify for the Limited Lifetime warranty, you must have an active Suvie Meal subscription. A Suvie Meal Subscription is considered to be active if your account is not cancelled, you have a valid payment method on file, have placed three or more Suvie Meal orders in the past six (6) consecutive months, and those orders have been delivered and not refunded or cancelled.
Can I have my Suvie repaired or replaced outside of the warranty period?
