How to know if your Suvie has the correct water level
Important: Sometimes, water remains inside Suvie's internal water lines and is not visible in the reservoir. Draining the appliance only removes the water from the reservoir; water inside the internal water lines will remain. You do not need to add water before every cook cycle. Adding water after each cycle can overfill the reservoir and may cause it to overflow.
If the water level appears low, follow these steps to verify the correct water level:
- Go to System Settings → System Maintenance → Fill Water Lines, then start Fill Water Lines.
- Once the process is complete, select Done.
- Your Suvie will automatically run Clear Water Lines, returning the water from the internal water lines back to the reservoir.
- When the process is finished, check the water level in the reservoir.
- The water level should be between the MIN and MAX fill lines. Add or remove water only if the level is outside this range.
