What are the primary differences between Suvie 2.0 and Suvie 3.0? – Suvie

All cooking modes can be scheduled remotely. The Suvie 3.0 has enhanced safety features that allow all cooking modes - even bake, roast, and broil - to be scheduled ahead and started remotely. This means you can load a coffee cake in your Suvie the night before and wake up to a perfectly baked cake. Or load frozen salmon in your Suvie in the morning, then tell Suvie to start cooking when you’re on your way home from work.

36% more cooking capacity. The Suvie 3.0 pans are 36% bigger than the 2.0 pans, which means you can fit even more food to feed your family. We added length and height to the new 3.0 cooking pans so there’s more room for roasts and it’s easier to cover sous vide bags with water.

Smaller size, sleek design. We spent a lot of time redesigning the Suvie 3.0 to make more efficient use of the space to give you more of your countertop back. The new Suvie 3.0 is only 13 inches tall, guaranteeing that it will fit under kitchen cabinets.

Are there still restrictions on combining cooking modes?
Yes. Not all cooking modes can work together. For example, cooking modes that use water to help regulate low temperatures, such as sous vide and slow cook, cannot be combined with cooking modes that use the high temperature broilers, like roast and broil.
