How do you identify that your appliance has a BB error or a TB error?
The screen on your appliance will show a "BB error" or "TB error". This would most likely happen during cooking.
What does it mean?
This means that the appliance detects that one of your broilers is not working correctly
What to do?
1. Cancel your current cook and remove the food.
2. Turn on the broil function for both the top and bottom zone for 5 minutes, and select 'Cook Now' with the door closed. Follow this sequence: Cook> Broil> Bottom 0:05> Top Broil 0:05> Cook now
3. Take a photo of the broilers from outside of the door glass
4. Send us an email at help@suvie,com and attach the photo. Please also provide this information if possible:
- When did you first see the issue happen?
- Have you seen any steam/condensation in the Suvie screen or had the water overflow from the reservoir?
5. Suvie Member Services will advise of the next steps.
