Wondering about the status of your Suvie order? Here’s how you can track its progress and know when to expect your appliance.
1. Review Your Selected Delivery Date Range
During checkout, you selected a preferred date range for when you want to receive your Suvie. If your Suvie hasn’t shipped yet, the first thing to check is the delivery window you chose. We do our best to ensure that your appliance arrives within that time frame.
2. Check Your Order Status Online
You can easily check the status of your Suvie order by logging into your account at app.suvie.com. This should also show you the delivery window you chose. Once logged in, navigate to your meal planner section. You should see something like this:
Once your Suvie has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number so you can monitor its delivery. If you no longer see the status in your meal planner and notice your meal subscription is active, this means your Suvie is expected to ship soon. You should receive an email with the tracking information shortly.
3. Tracking Links in Order Confirmation Emails
Please note that the tracking link in your order confirmation email will not work until the appliance has shipped. If the link doesn’t provide any information, it’s likely that your Suvie hasn’t been dispatched yet.
4. Starch Cooker and Accessories
The starch cooker and any additional accessories you ordered will ship separately. However, these items usually arrive just a 1 to 2 weeks after the main Suvie appliance delivery.
6. What If My Suvie Is Delayed?
If your appliance hasn’t shipped within your selected date range, please use the chat function in your Suvie Planner account or email us at help@suvie.com with any questions.
