Sometimes your first meal order might arrive before your Suvie appliance. Ideally, they should arrive just a couple days apart. Here’s what you need to know and how to proceed:
1. We aim to ship your Suvie appliance around the same time as your first meal order. However, if your meals arrive first, this is usually by a small margin and your appliance should follow shortly.
2. If your meals arrive before your appliance, simply freeze them to keep them fresh. Your Suvie should arrive soon after, and you’ll be able to enjoy your meals as planned.
3. Make sure to check your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking number. This will provide the most accurate update on when your Suvie appliance is expected to arrive.
4. If it’s been more than a week since your meals arrived and you haven’t received your appliance or tracking information, please reach out to our customer support team. While delays are rare, we will ensure you receive your appliance as soon as possible.
5. Rest assured even if there is a slight delay, rest assured that your appliance is on its way. We are committed to making sure your experience is seamless and enjoyable.
