Subscription Service:
To enjoy our delicious meals regularly, we offer a subscription-based service. This means that to receive our meals, you need to be subscribed to the Meal Delivery Service. You will also need to add payment information to your account. When you order a Suvie appliance, your meal subscription will be activated automatically. We'll preselect meals for each delivery week based on your chosen preferences and settings, ensuring a personalized experience. You have the flexibility to edit these preselected meals if you wish. However, if no changes are made, the meals will be automatically processed - including charging your account, locking in the order, and scheduling the delivery as usual. This way, you can effortlessly receive your favorite meals on a regular basis while having the option to customize your selections as needed.
How to select your first meals
1. Log in to your Suvie account by going to Suvie.com and clicking ‘Log In’ in the top right hand corner. You can also use the Suvie app to log in. It is available to download at the Appstore and Playstore. The same login details can be used for the website and the app.
2. Click the profile icon, and choose your settings under the ‘My Plan’ section
3. Go to the main meal planner page by clicking hovering your mouse to the 'Suvie meals' at the top then selecting 'Meal Planner'
4. Select the first delivery date, make sure it is unskipped
5. If your plan is Chef Selected, the meals will already be pre-filled. You will see the selected meals on the first line. Feel free to edit the selections.
6. Select your meals, then hit save.
Weekly Delivery Schedule
To view your weekly meal schedule, please log in to your Suvie account. This will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the meals planned for each week, ensuring you're always in the loop.
To easily navigate your upcoming meal deliveries, please use your calendar widget located on the left-hand corner of the main page of your Suvie account.
- The delivery week that is currently selected will be highlighted
- A skipped delivery week will show a plus (+) sign. You can select these weeks and unskip them to be able to add or select meals.
- Unskipped delivery weeks will show a green circle with a checkmark. They will be available for you to add or select meals. You can click on the cart icon to check which meals have been pre-filled. You can also opt to skip these weeks.
- Locked delivery weeks will show a green truck icon with a check mark. These weeks have been locked and can no longer be edited. Selecting this will show the meals that have been selected for delivery.
Weekly Cadence
Should you wish to make changes to your meal delivery frequency, the Suvie account also offers convenient options. Simply navigate to the plan settings within your account. From there, you can adjust the cadence, pause deliveries, or skip weeks as needed. Please note that modifying your plan settings will reset any custom selections you have made.
Please note that when you skip orders, you can only skip a couple of weeks ahead because your calendar will only show up to 4 weeks in the future. Once those few weeks have passed, your calendar widget will show new delivery meal weeks which will default to be active and will follow your weekly delivery cadence. Please remember to skip the new weeks again as they become available if you wish to continue skipping meal deliveries.
Ordering and Delivery Schedule
To streamline the process, we charge for meals on Wednesdays, and the delivery of your meals takes place the following week. This ensures that you receive your selections fresh and on time for your enjoyment. You can edit your meal selections until Wednesday morning. Once charged, the meals are locked and can no longer be edited. Also, when you pause your meal subscription, this will apply to the future meal deliveries that have not yet been charged. Any meals that were already charged on the recent Wednesday will still deliver.
Meal Selections and Customization
By default, our system pre-fills your meal selections based on your preferences and dietary requirements. However, we understand that taste preferences may change, so we offer the option to customize your meal selections. To do this, simply access your Suvie account and navigate to the desired delivery week. From there, you can modify your meal choices to suit your cravings perfectly.
It's important to note that any changes made in the plan settings will reset the meal selections you've previously made. Therefore, if you wish to modify the meal plan, please ensure that you reselect your desired meals for upcoming deliveries to avoid any inconvenience.
First Meal box
When you order a base package, you will be asked to select your first meal box at checkout. After you placed your order, you can view and edit your first meal box from your account. Simply log in to your Suvie account then on the main planner page, select the first active delivery date to view/edit your first meal order.
Menu Filtering / Planner edits (skip/unskip): To filter meals based on your preferences in the meal planner, please use the filter options shown below. You have the ability to filter meals based on your saved preferences, cuisine type, protein, as well as allergen.
- Select Planner > Select tab for the week you'd like to view, edit, skip, etc.
- Select a delivery week: (Green ✔ = delivery week & Gold + = skipped or unscheduled week)
- You can skip or un-skip here or under your account settings for upcoming weeks.
- Collapse or expand filtering menus on the left for: Cook Times, Servings, Cuisine, Proteins, Dietary Preferences, Allergens, et
You may also select allergens to exclude and dietary preference from your Account settings:
Account Setting / Plan Edits:
- Select Account icon
- Select from list of account management options: My Plan, Delivery Address, Payment Details, Account Details, Order History, Coupons, Referrals, Rewards & more
- You can edit your meal plan settings: Meals per Delivery, Servings, Delivery Frequency
- You can also Pause Plan here.
- Be sure to Save Plan after any edits
